"Cheap little thing broke way too fast"
This thing broke almost right away and felt super cheap from the start. Total flimsy little dud. I expected it to last longer than it did, but nope, it gave out fast

"Still waiting with no real updates"
I’m still waiting and haven’t gotten any clear updates. I keep checking in, but it feels like nothing is really moving forward. Weirdly, the only thing I remember clearly from all this is that I was eating a slightly burnt bagel when I first reached out, and somehow I’m still in the same spot waiting for answers.

"Gift Cards Were Mostly Out of Stock"
I tried ordering a couple of gift cards, but almost everything I clicked on was out of stock. I spent way too much time going through different pages just to end up with nothing available. It was frustrating, and I feel like some kind of compensation or credit would be fair for the hassle.

"Refund took longer than it should have"
I bought this as a gift but ended up having to return it. The whole process felt slower than it needed to be, and I had to email twice before my refund was finally sorted out. What bothered me most was how careless the handling seemed, like nobody was really paying attention to the return until I chased them. I did get my money back in the end, but it wasn’t a great experience.

My gift box arrived with one corner totally crushed, and the wrapping was all scuffed up too. Not exactly the nice “new gift” look I was hoping for. And then, on top of that, one of the items inside had a dent, which just made the whole thing feel kind of careless. I needed it for a birthday, so I didn’t really have time to rewrap it or figure out a replacement, which was super frustrating. i was excited when I ordered it, but after this, I wouldn’t order from giftenmarket.com again.

"Promo felt misleading"
I ordered because they were showing a discount promo, but once I got to checkout, it barely applied and some items didn’t even count toward it. Come on now, if you’re advertising a deal, it should actually work the way people expect. I reached out to customer support, but they just sent a basic reply and didn’t really help. i don’t see myself using giftenmarket.com again.

"Support was basically useless"
I emailed customer service twice about my order and got absolutely nothing back. Waited for days like a fool, and these clowns still couldn’t be bothered to send a simple update. Super frustrating. I definitely wouldn’t use them again.

I feel like I paid way too much for what I ended up getting. I kept expecting it to feel a little more worth it, but the whole experience just left me disappointed. Maybe it works for some people, but for me, the value just wasn’t there

"Packaging could’ve been better"
The package showed up looking beat up. There wasn’t much padding inside either, so it kind of felt like it was just tossed together. The item itself was okay, thankfully, but the packing felt careless. not really worth the hassle.

I ran into a problem with my gift card, and it was frustrating. I contacted support, but they kept sending me the same basic replies over and over, like they weren’t really looking at the details. Even after explaining the issue, nothing actually got fixed. Not a great experience.

I came here hoping to find something a little different, but most of the gift options felt basic. A lot of it seemed like the same kind of stuff I’ve seen on other sites, just with different designs or pictures. I spent way more time clicking around than I expected and still didn’t really find anything that felt special. It might be fine if you’re just looking for a regular gift, but if you want something unique, I’d probably look somewhere else. I was kind of disappointed because I really wanted to find something meaningful.

I really thought I’d found a decent deal at first, but then extra costs started showing up later. Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like the pricing should’ve been clearer from the beginning. It ended up feeling a bit misleading, i wouldn’t use them again

"Shipping really let me down"
I ordered this as a gift and, at least from what I remember, it looked like it would get there in time. Then the delivery date kept changing, and I never really got a clear explanation about what was going on.

The tracking didn’t tell me much, and when I reached out to support, the replies felt generic. I can’t recall every message now, but I definitely remember feeling like I was just being told to wait, which wasn’t very helpful when the package was already late.

It did finally arrive, but by then I didn’t need it anymore. Maybe I just had a bad experience, and other people have better luck, but for me the shipping was way too unreliable

I got to the checkout and started feeling uneasy after maybe a minute or two. The payment page just didn’t look very secure to me, and I couldn’t really find clear info on how they handle or protect card details. I ended up backing out before paying, and I don’t think I’ll be using it.

Ordered a personalized gift from giftenmarket.com, but the name/wording didn’t match what I entered. It made the whole thing look off, bad.

I reached out to support, but nothing really got fixed. For the price, I expected a basic check before shipping. Disappointed

"International shipping felt too uncertain"
I ordered from giftenmarket and the package took much longer than I expected to arrive overseas. What made it more stressful was that the tracking barely updated, so most of the time I had no clue where my order was or whether it was even moving. I did reach out to ask about it, but the replies didn’t really give me much reassurance or useful information. It basically felt like I just had to wait and hope nothing went wrong, which isn’t great when you’re ordering internationally and trying to avoid surprises. Maybe local orders are smoother, but for me the international shipping was too much of a headache. I probably wouldn’t order from them again

"A bit uneasy about the checkout process"
